Bmosaics uses UPS or FedEx on our smaller orders and freight companies on our large scale orders. We try to process all our orders as quickly as possible but please keep in mind that most orders are processed and shipped within a 7-12 business day time frame. If you have any questions in regards to your order please feel free to contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding your order.

We will ship your order anywhere within the lower 48 states and you can calculate your shipping charges during the checkout process. Bmosaics uses UPS or FedEx on our smaller orders and freight companies on our large scale orders. Shipping and handling is based on the ship to location, product weight and quantity. For international shipping please contact us so we can better assist you, we cannot fulfill any orders going outside the lower 48 states unless we apply special shipping rates and discuss prior to placing the order. Please note that your shipping quote are our best approximation and are subject to change. If you need the product shipped faster, please contact us to expedite your order - however, express express service is not available for all products and are subject to availability of the product.

Upon arrival please inspect your mosaic order immediately as sometimes breakage can occur during shipping, also verify that you have received the correct product and amount. If something is wrong with your order please contact us immediately, please keep in mind that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges after thirty days of receipt or if the product has been compromised or altered by the customer. If you receive and broken materials please take note on the waybill or bill of lading and notify Bmosaics as soon as possible. We will replace any material that was broken in transit at no cost if there is proof of damage supplied within five business days of receipt.

Shipments larger than 500lbs are delivered by private trucking firms, they will call you in advance and arrange a delivery time which best fits your schedule. Please make sure to use a valid phone number when placing your order. If you require assistance communicating with the private trucking firm Bmosaics will be happy to assist.

Return Policy

The consumer and/or contractor is/are responsible for verifying the correctness and accuracy of all supplied materials prior to their installation.

Ceramic tile is sized using "nominal" dimensions I.e a 12*12 tile may only be11 7/8* 11 7/8.This description method is an industry standard. Ceramic, clay,concrete and are subject to shade variation. All Natural stone tiles and slabs are also subject to shade variations as well as Caliber and/or veining as this is not a man made product and comes from the Earth.

Grout colors are subject to color shade variations.Bmosaics cannot guarantee or will not be held liable for any damage or discrepancies of material once it leaves the premises.

All sales are final.All returns and exchanges are subject to the authorization of an Bmosaics manager in advance.No returns, cancellations or exchange will be accepted on special orders or non stocking items.

A 35% restocking fee may be appllied to authorized returns.Delivery by common carrier/trucking Company constitutes delivery of material to buyer.A $30 fee will be applied for any returned checks.Buyer agrees to pay any and all collections or attorneys fees.Bmosaics will not be responsible for any materials left over 30 days and are subject to $25 per week storage fee.All past due invoices will be subject to late charges of 1.8% per month.
